No data is used for advertising: Google Analytics advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. We make no automated decisions about you and we do not sell or share data. Fonts and icons are served from our own domain.
3. Providers
- Hosting and aggregate statistics: Vercel Inc. (USA). Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Google Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd., with possible transfers to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Database for analytics and published builds: Supabase Inc. [project region and transfer safeguard].
4. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to info@fluxerlabs.com. We will reply within one month at most. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your local authority.
5. Minors
The site can be used without giving any personal data. If you are under 14, do not accept analytics or send us data without your parents' or guardians' permission.
6. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
